to know about Guardian's online DentalGuard Preferred Provider
(PPO) Directory. This
tool allows you to access the most up-to-date provider information.
Go ahead! You're just a click away from finding
a quality dentist in one of the industry's
fastest growing PPO networks.
Just follow these simple steps for easy
access:

On the right side of your screen, click on
the "Find A Healthcare Provider" option

Go to "Dental Providers," click
on the downward arrow and then click "PPO
Networks"

Scroll down the Dental Directories page to
"Select Your Desired Networks."
Choose "DentalGuard Preferred" and click on the
dark blue "Go" button

Search for a network provider by location,
dentist, or practice.
Since our plan is flexible, you can visit any dentist
you wish. However, if you select an
In-Network DentalGuard Preferred provider from our online listing,
you will typically
receive a higher level of benefit and save on out-of-pocket costs.
